Clean up time is minimized by the use of an external vacuum attached to the tool, and finish is superior to other finishing methods.

- The overall length of the tool is 62 inches, so that an operator can sand 10´ ceilings without using stilts or a scaffold.
- The motor is located on the opposite end of the vacuum tube/handle arm from the sanding head for best balance and control.
